- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well blended. Gently fold in 1 cup of mixed berries.
- If desired, fold in ½ cup of granola or ¼ cup of your favorite nut butter to add texture.
- Carefully spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into mini muffin cups or molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Place the filled molds into the freezer and allow to freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
