Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt For dairy-free option, use plant-based yogurt.
  • 1/4 cup Honey or Maple Syrup Agave syrup is a great vegan substitute.
For the Berries
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries Fresh or frozen will work beautifully.
For Added Crunch (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Granola Opt for gluten-free granola if needed.
  • 1/4 cup Nut Butter Almond or peanut butter are excellent choices.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt with ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well blended. Gently fold in 1 cup of mixed berries.
  2. If desired, fold in ½ cup of granola or ¼ cup of your favorite nut butter to add texture.
  3. Carefully spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into mini muffin cups or molds, filling them about three-quarters full.
  4. Place the filled molds into the freezer and allow to freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  5. Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
