Ingredients
  

For the Grapes
  • 2 cups Green Grapes The star of the snack; use fresh grapes.
For the Flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • 1 tablespoon Monk Fruit Sweetener Low-calorie sweetener; substitute with white sugar if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon Tajin Adjust to your spice preference.

Method
 

Prepare the Grapes
  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water using a colander and let them drain.
  2. Pat the grapes dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl, removing any seeds.
  2. In a large bowl, add dried grapes, pour lemon juice over them, add monk fruit sweetener and Tajin. Stir gently until well-coated.
Freeze
  1. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least two hours.
Serve
  1. Remove from the freezer and scoop into serving bowls. Enjoy immediately.
