Preparation
  1. Slice your cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandolin.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped crab (or imitation crab), diced avocado, mayo, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix until well combined.
  4. Once the cucumbers have drained, gently fold them into the creamy dressing mixture.
  5. Serve the salad immediately or cover and refrigerate it for later.
