Preparation
- Slice your cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick rounds using a sharp knife or mandolin.
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a colander and lightly sprinkle them with salt. Allow them to drain for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped crab (or imitation crab), diced avocado, mayo, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Mix until well combined.
