Baking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the spelt flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gently stir in Skyr, honey or agave syrup, and neutral oil to the dry mix until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape into balls. Place on the baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle with herbs or seeds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
