Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Cook diced bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for 1–2 minutes.
- Divide dough into four portions, roll into balls and flatten slightly on the baking sheet.
- Top each roll with crispy bacon and grated cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
