  • 1/2 cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese block cheese preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning or homemade
For the Finishing Touches
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Strips packed in oil
  • 5 leaves Fresh Basil Leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Oregano or Parsley chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts on a cutting board, season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, and set aside.
  2. Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, sear chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through, then remove and keep warm.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze the Skillet: Pour in chicken stock, scrape brown bits from the skillet, and let simmer for a minute.
  5. Create the Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, simmer for 3-4 minutes, and season to taste.
  6. Add the Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Combine and Serve: Return chicken to the skillet, garnish with basil and oregano, and serve over pasta or vegetables.
