Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain the pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries using a fine mesh strainer to prevent excess juice.

  3. In a separate large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the mashed fruit mixture along with the mandarin oranges.
