Preparation
- Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a kettle or saucepan over high heat.
- Once boiling, pour water into a heatproof mug and steep the black tea bag for 3 to 5 minutes.
- While steeping, heat 1 cup of milk in a separate saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
- Froth the heated milk using a whisk until small bubbles form.
- Remove the tea bag and swirl the warm tea.
- Pour the frothed milk into the steeped tea and swirl together.
- Stir in cherry syrup and vanilla syrup until well incorporated.
- If desired, drizzle honey to taste for added sweetness.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and serve immediately.
