Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and chopping your chosen vegetables, ensuring they’re dry to prevent excess moisture. Grate the cheese and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs vigorously for about a minute until smooth and slightly frothy. Add milk, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  3. Fold in the grated cheese and any additional ingredients, carefully to avoid overmixing.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared silicone molds, filling each one about three-quarters full.
  5. Set your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place the filled molds in the preheated air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. Remove molds from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes before gently popping out the egg bites.
