- Start by washing and chopping your chosen vegetables, ensuring they’re dry to prevent excess moisture. Grate the cheese and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs vigorously for about a minute until smooth and slightly frothy. Add milk, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Fold in the grated cheese and any additional ingredients, carefully to avoid overmixing.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared silicone molds, filling each one about three-quarters full.
- Set your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the filled molds in the preheated air fryer basket and cook for about 15 minutes.
- Remove molds from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes before gently popping out the egg bites.
