For the Strawberries
  • 12 pcs Fresh Strawberries Choose ripe, firm strawberries for best results.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water and gently pat them dry.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip each dried strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  4. Place chocolate-covered strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate using the same method, keeping it warm.
  6. Pipe small ghost faces onto each chocolate-covered strawberry with the melted white chocolate.
  7. Press candy eyes onto the piped white chocolate faces before it sets.
  8. Return the decorated strawberries to the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes to allow the white chocolate to set.
