Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 24 cookies Golden Oreos can be substituted with graham cracker crust
  • ½ cup Butter use unsalted for better control over sweetness
For the Blueberry Layer
  • 6 oz Berry Blue Gelatin use sweetened berry blue version
  • cup Boiling Water
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt can be swapped with sour cream
  • cups Blueberries can be replaced with blackberries
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature is essential for mixing
  • ½ cup Powdered Sugar granulated sugar can be used
  • cups Whipped Cream use fresh or stabilized whipped cream
For the Strawberry Layer
  • 6 oz Strawberry Jello double-check for setting
  • cup Boiling Water
  • 4 cups Strawberries firm berries preferred
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream garnish with sprinkles or fresh fruit

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter until combined and press into a 13 x 9 inch dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
Make the Blueberry Cheesecake Layer
  1. Dissolve the berry blue gelatin in 2/3 cup boiling water. Blend blueberries and Greek yogurt until smooth. Beat in cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in whipped cream. Spread over the chilled crust.
Create the Strawberry Layer
  1. Slice strawberries. Dissolve strawberry jelly in 1¼ cups boiling water, then add ice-cold water. Arrange strawberries on blue layer and pour cooled gelatin over them.
Allow the Dessert to Set
  1. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Finish with Whipped Cream
  1. Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with sprinkles or fresh berries. Serve and enjoy!
