Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by boiling 1 cup of water in a small pot over medium heat. Once it reaches a rolling boil, remove from heat. Add tea bags and lemon zest. Allow to steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully remove the tea bags and transfer the tea to a bowl or pitcher. Add washed blueberries and gently mash them with a fork.
- Strain the blueberry-tea mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a larger pitcher. Stir in honey or sugar to taste and incorporate cold water.
- Prepare tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Pour the Blueberry Iced Tea Lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices, and extra blueberries. Enjoy!

Notes
Use plump, deeply colored blueberries for best results. Freshly squeezed lemon juice greatly enhances the flavor.
