Cupcake Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cupcake pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, combine red velvet cake mix with eggs, oil, and water. Mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, decorate with fondant or your choice of toppings.
