  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Divide the chilled dough into three portions; color two with red and blue food coloring.
  7. Take small amounts from each colored dough to form multi-colored cookie balls.
  8. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until completely coated and place on baking sheets.
