Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse
  1. Combine silken tofu, smooth peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Spoon the mousse into ramekins and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Mix the solidified coconut milk into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate ganache over the chilled mousse and smooth the surface. Chill for at least an hour.
