  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach until blended.
  4. Shape the meat mixture into a rectangle, spread the cheesy filling evenly, then roll up the meat mixture like a jelly roll, sealing the edges tightly.
  5. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. In the last 10 minutes of baking, spoon marinara sauce over the top.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
