Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Hand Pies
  1. Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and let them come to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Using a cookie cutter, cut out 3-inch circles from the dough and place them on a clean surface lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Take one dough circle and place approximately one tablespoon of the filling mixture onto one half. Moisten the edges with a little water.
  5. Press the edges firmly together and crimp with a fork to secure the filling inside.
  6. Brush the tops of each assembled pie with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top.
