Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Hand Pies
- Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and let them come to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out 3-inch circles from the dough and place them on a clean surface lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chocolate, miniature marshmallows, and half of the crushed graham crackers. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Take one dough circle and place approximately one tablespoon of the filling mixture onto one half. Moisten the edges with a little water.
- Press the edges firmly together and crimp with a fork to secure the filling inside.
- Brush the tops of each assembled pie with melted butter and sprinkle the remaining crushed graham crackers on top.
