Mixing
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of gluten-free Chex mix, 2 cups of popcorn, 1 cup of pretzels, and 1 cup of dry roasted peanuts if using. Gently stir together.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of dairy-free white chocolate and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth—about 1-2 minutes total.
- Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the base ingredients. Gently fold the coating into the mix.
- Once everything is coated, sprinkle in 1 cup of Christmas sprinkles and fold them into the mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Reindeer Chow mixture onto it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set.
- After chilling, break the Reindeer Chow into bite-sized pieces for sharing.
