Method
 

Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of gluten-free Chex mix, 2 cups of popcorn, 1 cup of pretzels, and 1 cup of dry roasted peanuts if using. Gently stir together.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of dairy-free white chocolate and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring, until smooth—about 1-2 minutes total.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate mixture over the base ingredients. Gently fold the coating into the mix.
  4. Once everything is coated, sprinkle in 1 cup of Christmas sprinkles and fold them into the mixture.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Reindeer Chow mixture onto it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it set.
  6. After chilling, break the Reindeer Chow into bite-sized pieces for sharing.
