- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the orange cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, fresh orange juice, and orange zest. Stir until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or two round cake pans. Pour the batter into the pan(s), smoothing the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
