Step-by-Step Instructions for Loaded Chicken Club
  1. Season the boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet with reserved bacon fat, cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and 165°F internal temperature. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
