Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the berry filling by mixing frozen berries, fruit jam, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Make the crumble topping by mixing rolled oats, protein powder, pecans, peanut butter, maple syrup, and plant-based milk.
  4. Assemble in ramekins by dividing berry filling and topping with the crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the filling bubbles.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally top with plant-based yogurt.
