Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Grinch Oreo Balls
  1. Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs, about 30 seconds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Red Velvet Oreos with the softened cream cheese and blend.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the dough into 1.5-inch balls.
  5. Refrigerate your formed balls for at least 2 hours.
  6. In a double boiler, melt the light green candy melts over low heat until smooth.
