Step-by-Step Instructions for Grilled Veggie Wraps
  1. Prepare the vegetables by washing and slicing the bell peppers, onion, zucchini, celery, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Toss together with oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F. Place the seasoned vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket and roast for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Add spinach for the last minute.
  3. Assemble the wraps by spooning the warm roasted veggies into a tortilla, stacking them high and rolling tightly.
