Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and place skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine Kewpie mayonnaise, shoyu, and wasabi (if using). Mix until smooth and spread over each salmon fillet.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of furikake over the mayo-coated salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Let it cool for a minute before serving with rice and vegetables.
