  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Red Onions diced
  • 1/2 cup Dill Pickles chopped
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
For the Special Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or vegan mayo
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup or sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Mustard any type
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar apple cider or lemon juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and no longer pink. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, and vinegar. Using a whisk, blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. On a large serving plate, lay out a bed of lettuce mix. Pile the cooked ground beef in the center, then add cherry tomatoes, red onions, and dill pickles on top.
  4. Drizzle the special sauce over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with chives, bacon bits, or jalapeños and serve immediately.
