Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs or breasts to the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your Cooking Surface: Preheat a grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat, lightly oiling the surface.
