Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Heat corn oil in a wok, sauté sliced onion and white parts of green onions for about 1 minute.
  4. Add more corn oil, then pan-fry the drained noodles until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Add sautéed onions, green onions, bean sprouts, and prepared sauce; toss for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil over noodles, toss gently, and serve immediately.
