  • 1 cup Strawberries washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Green Grapes washed and halved
  • 1 cup Red Grapes washed and halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries washed
  • 1 medium Apple washed, cored, peeled, and diced
  • 1 medium Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped finely
For the Yogurt Dressing
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or substitute with flavored yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey adjust based on preference
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and prepare the fresh fruits. Cut strawberries, halve grapes, wash blueberries, peel and dice the apple, slice the banana, and chop the pecans.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt sauce over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruits.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
