Method
 

Instructions
  1. Start by mashing fresh blueberries in a bowl or pureeing them in a blender for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your chosen protein powder, coconut flour, and granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Add the cream cheese and blueberry puree to the bowl, and knead the mixture for about 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  4. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more sugar.
  5. If the mixture is too soft, add an extra tablespoon of coconut flour, or use almond milk if too dry.
  6. Pinch off tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into smooth balls. Place rolled balls onto a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 15 minutes before serving.
