Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend 1 cup of fresh blackberries in a blender on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the strained blackberry juice with 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1/4 cup of honey or simple syrup.
  4. Gently pour in 2 cups of sparkling water, stirring lightly to maintain fizz.
  5. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, filling each to the brim.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve immediately.
