Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Air Fryer Egg Bites
  1. Begin by whisking 6 large eggs in a mixing bowl until they turn a beautiful golden color. Gradually add about ¼ cup of milk along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of shredded cheese and ½ cup of chopped vegetables into the egg mixture. Include optional ingredients like cooked bacon bits or fresh herbs if desired.
  3. Prepare silicone egg bite molds by pouring the egg mixture into each mold slot, filling them approximately ¾ full. Arrange the molds in your air fryer basket without touching.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  5. Insert the molds into the basket and cook egg bites for 15-18 minutes until firm to touch. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  6. After cooking, let the egg bites cool in the molds for a few minutes before gently removing them.
