Step-by-Step Instructions for Coffee Brownies
- Prepare Coffee Reduction by boiling 1 cup of brewed coffee until reduced to 2 tablespoons.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan.
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and 6 ounces of chopped semi-sweet chocolate over medium heat until smooth.
- Mix in 1 cup of light brown sugar and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time and combine well.
