- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, hemp protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold three-quarters full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then transfer to a wire rack.
