Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, melted salted butter, and brown sugar. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming clusters the size of a golf ball. Aim for about 12-15 clusters.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and edges start to caramelize.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool on the sheet for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate in a bowl until smooth, then drizzle over each cooled cluster. Optionally, drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Allow clusters to sit for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate and caramel have set completely. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
