Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/4 inch thick. Pat dry to remove excess moisture or sprinkle with salt and let them drain for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese to the dressing, whisk until combined. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
  4. If the dressing is thick, add water gradually to reach the desired consistency.
  5. In a large bowl, toss cucumber slices with dressing until well-coated.
