  • 1 large Egg beaten for wash

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a rectangle about 10x12 inches.
  3. Lightly coat the surface of the pastry with a beaten egg using a pastry brush.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, and salt over the pastry.
  5. Fold the pastry lengthwise and slice into 1/2-inch wide strips.
  6. Twist each strip gently to create a spiral effect and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with extra Parmesan or rosemary if desired, cool slightly before serving.
