Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crockpot by spraying the inside with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the frozen pierogi at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add half of the sliced kielbasa followed by half of the chopped onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and melted butter.
  5. Pour half of the creamy soup mixture over the first layer of pierogi, kielbasa, and onion.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining frozen pierogi, kielbasa, onion, and soup mixture.
  7. Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours.
  8. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives.
