  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Freshly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Basil Dried or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano Dried or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Shred the zucchini using a box grater or food processor and wring out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine grated garlic with drained zucchini.
  4. Add egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chives, parsley, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
  5. Form tablespoon-sized balls with the mixture and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
