  2. Coat with Flour: Sprinkle all-purpose flour over the marinated fish and lightly coat each piece, shaking off excess flour.
  3. Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture: Combine panko breadcrumbs with remaining flour and dried parsley in a bowl; mix thoroughly.
  4. Whisk the Egg Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until smooth.
  5. Dredge the Fish: Dip floured fish into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  6. Deep Fry the Nuggets: Heat oil to 180°C (350°F) and fry coated nuggets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
