  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic fresh

  2. Shape the mixture into 2-3 inch patties and chill for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Whisk together mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the shrimp cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
