  • 8 oz Lump Crab Meat Fresh or canned, high quality preferred
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Use liberally
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Low-sodium preferred
For Frying
  • 2 inches Vegetable Oil Can be canola or peanut oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a medium bowl until fully combined and creamy.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper, spoon approximately one tablespoon of crab filling into the center, moisten edges with water, and fold diagonally to seal.
  3. Heat about two inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C) for frying.
  4. Fry three to four assembled Bombs at a time for 3-4 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  5. Drain the cooked Bombs on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
