Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Bites
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Slap Your Mama® Seasoning or Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt or regular salt with fresh garlic
  • 1 cup Milk dairy-free alternative optional
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs or regular breadcrumbs
For Frying
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil or canola/sunflower oil
For the Filling
  • 4 slices Sliced Deli Ham or turkey slices
  • 4 slices Sliced Swiss Cheese or mozzarella/cheddar
For the Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard

  • quart-sized resealable bag

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes until shimmering.
  2. Prepare the coating mixture by combining all-purpose flour, Slap Your Mama seasoning, and garlic salt in a resealable bag and shake.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, roughly one-inch chunks.
  4. Dredge chicken by dipping in milk, then coating it in the flour mixture from the bag.
  5. Double coat by dipping each piece again in milk, then coating in panko bread crumbs.
  6. Fry coated chicken bites in the heated oil for 7-9 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Add slices of Swiss cheese and ham to the fried bites, cover to melt cheese for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.

Notes
