- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes until shimmering.
- Prepare the coating mixture by combining all-purpose flour, Slap Your Mama seasoning, and garlic salt in a resealable bag and shake.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces, roughly one-inch chunks.
- Dredge chicken by dipping in milk, then coating it in the flour mixture from the bag.
- Double coat by dipping each piece again in milk, then coating in panko bread crumbs.
- Fry coated chicken bites in the heated oil for 7-9 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add slices of Swiss cheese and ham to the fried bites, cover to melt cheese for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing mayonnaise and mustard in a bowl.
