Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Well-seasoned
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 cup Flour For coating
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Seasoned preferred
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika For flavor and color
For Frying
  • as needed Vegetable Oil For frying
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil For frying tortillas
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas Soft and flexible
  • 4 slices Cooked Bacon Crispy
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard For sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar recommended

Method
 

Directions
  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  5. Fry the breaded chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drain excess oil by placing chicken on paper towels.
  7. Mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together in a bowl until smooth.
  8. Slice the fried chicken into strips and place onto tortillas with other fillings.
  9. Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up to secure the fillings.
  10. In a clean skillet, add olive oil and cook the wraps seam side down for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  11. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
