Crispy Cajun Dry Rub Chicken Wings Instructions
- Marinate the chicken wings by cleaning them under cold water and patting them dry. In a large bowl, combine wings with cornstarch and Cajun seasoning. Toss until fully coated and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place a wire rack on top, spraying it with cooking oil.
- Coat the marinated wings in remaining Cajun seasoning and place them side by side on the wire rack.
- Bake the wings for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve immediately with dipping sauces.
