Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Broccoli Patties
  1. Boil the broccoli in salted water for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Allow broccoli to cool slightly, then chop finely.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  4. Combine chopped broccoli and sautéed onion-garlic in a bowl. Add crumbled feta, beaten egg, ground almonds, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Gradually stir in flour until the mixture is workable but not overly wet.
  6. Heat oil in the skillet. Form small patties and cook in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Drain cooked patties on paper towels and let cool slightly before serving.
