- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- Crush the cornflakes using a food processor or rolling pin until fine.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour and brown sugar, another with eggs and hot sauce, and the third with cornflakes, paprika, and spices.
- Slice chicken breasts into even portions and season with salt and black pepper.
- Dredge chicken in the flour mixture, followed by the egg wash, and finally in the cornflake mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken on a greased baking sheet and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, additional hot sauce, butter, brown sugar, vinegar, and spices. Stir until melted and slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove chicken from oven, drizzle hot honey sauce generously over the chicken, and serve immediately.
