Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak your rice paper sheets in warm water for 10–15 seconds until pliable and translucent.
  2. Place the softened rice paper sheet on a damp surface and add your desired filling in the center.
  3. Fold in the sides of the rice paper sheet over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  4. Lightly brush or spray the outside of each rice paper roll with oil.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  7. Remove the rolls from the air fryer and serve hot with dipping sauces.
