- Soak your rice paper sheets in warm water for 10–15 seconds until pliable and translucent.
- Place the softened rice paper sheet on a damp surface and add your desired filling in the center.
- Fold in the sides of the rice paper sheet over the filling and roll it up tightly.
- Lightly brush or spray the outside of each rice paper roll with oil.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 2–3 minutes.
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket and air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the air fryer and serve hot with dipping sauces.

Store cooked rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked rolls for up to 2 months.
