  1. Prep the cod fillets by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Make the coating by mixing panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, and additional salt and pepper in a bowl.

  4. Coat each fillet with the mayo mixture, then press them into the breadcrumb mixture for a thick layer.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange the coated fillets in a single layer and air fry for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Check the internal temperature of the cod; it should reach 145°F (63°C). If not, continue air frying in increments.
