Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon of Old Bay seasoning.
  3. In another shallow dish, whisk the eggs and buttermilk until smooth.
  4. Stir the plain breadcrumbs with the remaining Old Bay seasoning in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumbs.
  6. Lightly spray both sides of the coated fish fillets with cooking spray.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  8. Place the fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking for 6-10 minutes.
  9. Carefully remove the fish from the air fryer and let rest for a minute before serving.
