  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin for enhanced flavor or substitute with avocado oil.
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice fresh lemon juice is recommended.
  • 1 cup Pasta Water reserved; adjust quantity for desired thickness.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust for more intensity.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional for a hint of spice.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped; great garnish.

Method
 

Cooking Directions
  1. Step 1: Cook Pasta - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Step 2: Sauté Onions and Garlic - Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  3. Step 3: Blend Sauce - Transfer sautéed onion and garlic to a blender. Add white beans, half of reserved pasta water, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Heat Sauce - Pour the sauce back into the skillet, heat gently, and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Step 5: Combine with Pasta - Add drained pasta to the skillet, toss gently to coat with sauce, and finish with fresh parsley.
